Concept
Each of our locations is a full-service, dinner only steak and seafood restaurant with annual sales, per store, of $3.5 million. The 10,000 sq. ft., 325 seat buildings - architecturally resemble an Adirondack mountain lodge at a cost of $2 million. Furnishings are unique, creating an exciting ambiance with twig furniture, authentic Plains Indian clothing and artifacts, impressive animal mounts and historical paintings.

Requirements
If you are self-directed, ambitious and have a passion for doing things right, then we are committed to recognition and reward. Background requirements: Two to five years' management experience, P&L knowledge, full-service restaurant background, strong leadership and motivational skills.
