Through our Partners in Education program, Dakota Steakhouse and Sirloin Saloon have had the pleasure of working with our younger guests.   Elementary school classes are invited to the restaurants for educational history tours of the extensive authentic Native American art collections and master animal trophies that are displayed. The students are given a tour of the kitchen and experience the actual inner workings of the restaurant. Games and a nutritious lunch are provided.
